David Martin has over 35 years of experience in chemical formulation, water treatment, chemical processing, and customer service. He helped grow a wastewater chemicals, selective ion exchange, and membrane business from three employees to more than 100, and established a quality management system and process optimization program leading to ISO registration. David holds a B.S. in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from James Madison University.
Adam Nottingham has over 12 years of experience in chemical and process engineering within the water and wastewater sector. He has developed products and processes across industrial and utility applications—including metal finishing, automotive, power generation, food processing, construction materials, textiles, and pharmaceuticals. His expertise spans physical/chemical treatment, RO/UF/NF/MF membrane technologies, specialty ion exchange, and industrial water reuse. Over the past decade, he has contributed to the design and commissioning of more than 50 industrial wastewater treatment systems. Adam holds a B.S. in Environmental Science from Virginia Tech.
