Industrial Wastewater Treatment Chemicals & Additives
Membrane systems and treatment can be tricky. With incorrect operation and treatment, you risk reduced recovery, reduced membrane life and increased costs. EES has expertise in membrane selection, cleaning, and scale prevention to maximize your recovery and membrane life while minimizing your costs. Many utilities and companies send membranes offsite to be recovered thinking that there is a cost savings in doing so. In reality, after paying shipping both ways and storing cleaned membranes that may become befouled over time, it is cheaper to either clean onsite or replace with new. EES personnel can help evaluate your membrane program to offer suggestions to maximize production while minimizing costs.
Membrane Treatment Chemicals
Available membrane chemistries include: dichlorination chemistry, anti-scale chemistry, membrane cleaning chemicals, and biocides. Contact your EES representative to obtain additional information for a membrane treatment program designed to meet your facility’s needs.
Membranes
EES offers a full line of membranes for your water filtration needs. We are capable of product matching via manufacturer’s name and membrane model number.
We offer the highest rejection membranes available through our exclusive agreements with membrane manufacturers. Thin-Film Nanocomposite (TFN) technology enhances membrane performance by innovative nanomaterial onto the membrane surface. This innovation increases membrane flux while maintaining high salt rejection, delivering efficient and reliable reverse osmosis. TFN technology yields industry-leading salt rejection compared to conventional Thin-Film Composite (TFC) membranes.
- Standard RO – Several options available based on recovery, energy and salt rejection desired.
- Brackish Water RO – For higher TDS waters. Low fouling and high salt rejection options.
- Salt Water RO – High TDS waters. Seawater desalinization and wastewater reuse. Multiple options.
- UF/MBR – Hollow-fiber PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) membranes. Multiple sizes and configurations.
At EES, we offer a full range of chemicals, filters, and membranes that help you meet regulations, improve plant performance, and keep treatment costs under control.
