Defoamers & Foam Control Agents

Foam can cause major headaches in a treatment system — it slows things down, affects sensors, and disrupts flow. We offer a wide range of defoamers that quickly knock down foam and help prevent it from coming back, even when conditions change. Our options include oil-based, water-based, silicone, ester, polymer, and water-extended formulas. Need something special? We can create a custom blend for your process.

Carbon Source Additives (Glycerin-Based)

CG-80 is a glycerin-based carbon source used in biological treatment systems. It’s safe, affordable, and easy for bacteria to break down. It won’t interfere with important water chemistry like alkalinity, TKN, or phosphorus.
If needed, we can also make custom versions based on your process.

Super Absorbent Polymer (SAP)

SAP is used to turn liquid into a solid, making it much easier to handle and dispose of. It’s perfect for:

• High Salt Brine Waters
• Wet Sludge
• Filter Cake
• Geotextile Tube Dewatering
• Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) Systems

Some SAP grades can absorb up to 300 times their weight in water. It’s non-toxic, environmentally safe, and works for both industrial and agricultural applications. Different formulas are available depending on your sludge or liquid.

Clay-Based Flocculant Blends

These blends combine bentonite clay with coagulants, flocculants, and pH-adjusting additives – all in one product. They work well for:

• Oily Wastewater
• Paint and Coating Waste
• Metal Finishing Water
• Surfactant-heavy Wastewater
• Vibratory Finishing Systems
